Add an incident update

Help your customers understand what's going on and what's wrong with your service by sending real-time updates.

Note: It is necessary to have an Odown account before you can create a status page, which can be created from the Odown new account registration page.
  1. Click Incidents from the left sidebar.
  2. Select the incident that had already created and you want to add a new update to it.
  3. Click the pen edit icon on the right of the incident row
  4. Select an incident status.
  5. Enter a description to include in the incident update.
  6. Select the monitors affected by this incident and their status.
