Add an incident update
Help your customers understand what's going on and what's wrong with your service by sending real-time updates.
Note: It is necessary to have an Odown account before you can create a status page, which can be created from the Odown new account registration page.
- Click Incidents from the left sidebar.
- Select the incident that had already created and you want to add a new update to it.
- Click the pen edit icon on the right of the incident row
- Select an incident status.
- Enter a description to include in the incident update.
- Select the monitors affected by this incident and their status.
